Neil has many years’ experience as a Class Teacher, Headteacher and Executive Headteacher. 

Neil strongly believes in a policy of inclusion in primary education and is qualified in British Sign Language, having taught deaf children as part of his class for 3 years. Neil also has experience of teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs including autism, dyslexia and physical disabilities.
