Neil has many years’ experience as a class teacher, numeracy coordinator and phase leader in both Essex and his home county of Northamptonshire. He has taught across the key stages including preparing children for SATs examinations in year 6. Neil has also worked as a one-to-one maths tutor for students in key stage 3.

Neil strongly believes in a policy of inclusion in primary education and is qualified in British Sign Language, having taught deaf children as part of his class for 3 years. Neil also has experience of teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs including autism, dyslexia and physical disabilities.
